Precision voltage-controlled constant current source for atomic oxygen ground simulation equipment

摘要: 针对原子氧地面模拟设备需要通过电流源形成磁镜效应对其发射度进行约束,以及用于原子氧参数测试仪器校准,研制了一款基于运算放大器的精密压控恒流源。为了防止恒流源的供电电源纹波对电路性能的影响,又配套研制一款开关电源滤波器。最后测试表明:开关电源滤波器能有效减少电源噪声,+15 V电源的纹波系数降到万分之一,恒流源输出电流10 pA~1 A,精度500 fA,其稳定和负载稳定性优异。Abstract: In atomic oxygen ground simulation equipment, a current source is used to constrain the emittance of atomic oxygen by utilizing magnetic mirror effect. The current source is also used to calibrate the atomic oxygen parameter measuring instruments. A precision voltage-controlled current source based on the op amp is developed. In order to mitigate the influence of the power supply ripple, a switching power supply filter is developed. The testing results show that the switching power supply filter can reduce the switching power supply noise effectively. The ripple coefficient of +15 V power supply drops to millionth. The constant current source can output a current from 10 pA to 1 A, whose accuracy is 500 fA. Its load stability is excellent.
