Correction of low order Zernike aberrations by curvature adaptive optics system

摘要: 数值模拟了37单元曲率型自适应光学系统的波前校正过程,分析了该系统对低阶Zernike像差的校正效果,结果表明:低阶Zernike像差均能够得到较好的校正。分别对曲率为零和不为零的Zernike像差校正效果进行了对比分析,结果发现:曲率为零的Zernike像差同样可以被曲率型自适应光学系统校正,而且效果好于曲率不为零的Zernike像差校正。Abstract: The correction of low order Zernike aberrations by a 37-element curvature adaptive optics system is simulated. The results indicate that the system can effectively correct the low order Zernike aberrations. Correction results of Zernike aberrations with zero curvature and with non-zero curvature are analyzed comparatively. It is found that the Zernike aberrations with zero curvature can be corrected, and the correction is more accurate than that for the non-zero curvature aberrations.
