Ultra-wideband short-pulse electric-field standard device with mirror monoconical structure

摘要: 针对目前超宽谱短脉冲电场测量传感器标定问题,研制了以镜面单锥结构为核心的超宽谱短脉冲电场标准装置,用于超宽谱短脉冲测量传感器校准。该标准装置内部的电场分布可基于结构参数、麦克斯韦方程及激励脉冲解析给出。通过理论分析和数值分析验证了该技术路线的可行性。完成了标准装置的机械工艺设计及加工,并进行了测试。测试结果表明:研制的标准装置在馈电处电压反射系数小于4%;内部电场波形与激励波形一致,且电场幅度分布与严格理论结果偏差小于6%。Abstract: A standard device based on a monocone has been proposed for calibration of ultra-wideband short-pulse electromagnetic field sensors. The distribution of electromagnetic field in the monocone can be computed in analytical form by the Maxwell equations, the source and the dimensions of the monocone. The finite-difference time-domain method has been used to design and optimize the device structure. The standard device has been manufactured and tested. The test results indicate that the electric field waveforms in the monocone and the source are consistent with each other, with the voltage reflection coefficient at the feed point less than 4% and the amplitude of the electric field deviating from the analytical value less than 6%.
