Through analysis of the self-excitation oscillation, methods were found to restraint the self-excitation oscilation in the two-pass amplification by experiment on the two-pass amplification of high power solid-state laser facility without a insulator. The methods can also be used to resolve the problems of self-excitation oscillation on the four-pass amplification.
