PRECISE FOCUSING AND DIAGNOSIS TECHNOLOGY FOR LASER BEAMS IN ICF TARGET CHAMBER

In this paper, the precise focusing and diagnosis experimental system for laser beams in ICF target chamber is introduced. The system is controlled by computer. In process of focusing a series data of displacement in axial direction and relative area of focus spots are acquired. According to the functional curvature the accurate position of focal plane is determined. The construction of the system is simple,the system is controlled conveniently and runs quickly．
