The light intensity of the first-to thrid-order Stokes Raman spectra Raman spectra lines of Carbon disulfide is altered by using fluorescence of dye Rhodamine B in ethanol. The third-order Stokes Raman spectrum line is selectively enhanced. When the pumping power density is ~560MW× cm- 2, phenomena of resonance between the third-order Stokes Raman spectrum line and the dye laser, and of the part or complete depletion of the first and the second-order Stodes Raman spectra line are observed. The concentration of dye Rhodamine B is ~10- 5M and ~10- 4M, and the cell length is 5cm or 1cm. The physical mechanism of the phenomena is discussed.
