In this paper, the configuration and performance of the model HIREFS（High Resolution Erect Field Spectrometer）Spectrometer are described. The instrument is used to observe the space-resolved spectra of Ti slab targets illuminated with prepulse technique. The Ne-like Ti 32.6nm soft x-ray lasing is obtained and discussed.
