In this paper, the analytical expression of the breakdown threshold power of HPM pulse propagation in atmosphere are derived approximatelly the sneak –through time of microwave pulse propagation through the atmosphere from ground to space are calculated and its physical picture and the variety of the sneak –through time are simulated numerically.
