The interaction b etween the laser and liquid thin film on polymer substrate system was theoretical analyzed using heat equations. The results show that the increasement of ad hesive force of polymer surface is related to the vapourizing of surface liquid film and melting of the substrate surface. The bond of polymer molecule is broken by laser irradiation, some of fluorine atoms is replaced by hydrogen atomsd uring the process.
