中红外DF激光系统宽光谱反射膜的设计与实验测量
WIDE SPECTRAL REFLECTION COATINGS FOR INTERMEDIATE INFRARED DF LASER OPTICAL SYSTEMS

摘要: 报道了目前所做的确定DF激光系统各种宽光谱反射膜性能特性的工作。利用制备的介质金属增强反射镜,由实验获得了DF激光波长为3.8μm时反射率大于99.4%、可见光区和8~14μm红外区平均反射率高于95%的结果。为说明这些反射镜性能,进行了反射率测量和环境试验。Abstract: This paper reports the work done to define the characteristics of a variety of wide spectral mirror coatings for a DF laser optical system. In particular, dielectric enhanced metallic mirrors have been designed and fabricated. The results of reflectivities of 0.994 or greater for 3.8μm and average reflectance of more than 0.95 at visible region and 8 - 14μm infrared have been acquired. Reflectance measurements are presented along with environmental testing to demonstrade the performance of these mirror coatings.
