在线激光等离子体空间成象分析系统
ON-LINE SPATIAL IMAGE ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR LASER-PRODUCED PLASMAS

摘要: 在线激光等离子体空间成象分析系统由成象体(双狭缝或针孔)、MCP(微通道板)象增强器、CCD摄象机和图象处理系统构成。可提供1~100nm光谱响应,15lp/mm二维空间分辨,104倍电子增益和1000:1动态范围。1991年我们已将该系统成功地用于ICF(惯性约束聚变)实验。本文就系统结构、性能和特点作了介绍,并给出了部分实验结果。Abstract: The on-line spatial image analysis system for laser-produced plasmas consists of an imaging element with double slits or a pinhole, MCP image intensifier, a CCD camera and a pattern processing device. The spectral range is from 1 to 100nm with electron gain of 104, spatial resolution (two-dimensional)of about 15 1p/mm, and dynamic range of 104. In 1991, this system was successfully used in ICF experiments. This paper describes the functions and the characteristics of the system and gives some experimental results.
