高压陡脉冲发生器的研制

摘要: 对Marx发生器放电回路进行了理论分析,给出了放电回路的计算程序,并在并在理论分析的基础上设计,制作了一台输出电压幅值高于160kV,脉冲前沿小于5ns的高压陡脉冲发生器。Abstract: The discharge circuit of a Marx generator is analysed in this paper and a common calculating program is given. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a high voltage fast-rise pulse generator, whose output voltage is 160kV, and rise-time is less than 5ns, has been designed and manufactured.
