The approximate analysis of electron motion under inhomogeneous conditionin drifting tube filled with plasma was given in this paper, the beam with strong pulsation under the same condition was also studied， the effects of distribution of beam and plasma to the transmission properties wｅre discussed in details, and somePASOTＲON experiments were interpted．
