Effect of Faraday cup impedanceon the performance of intense electron beam current of diode is analyzed theoretically and experimentally.A kind of Faraday cup which are compact structure,to be assembled in anode seat is introduced. It is used to measure anode absorption beam current on 81-7M-01 intense relativistic electron beam accelerator.
