ELECTRON BEAM MOTION AND TRANSMISSION PROPERTIES IN PLASMA

  • Based on electron trajectory equation in drifting tube filled plasma, the focus properties of electron beam in two area were given in this paper. The pattern of electron beam transmission was described as electrons traveled wavelike around the equilibrium radius, the period and scope related to plasma density and electron velocity. The transmission properties of electrons under weak acceleration field were also studied in this paper, the result showed that the electron beam could focus and transmit without magnetic field by adjusting plasma parameters, voltage and electric field.
