Separating Maxwell Equations and electromagnetic fields into transverse and longitudinal components, we derive brief wave equations of the longitudinal electric field and magnetic field for arbitrary cross section chiroplasma filled cylindrical waveguides. The general relations between the transverse and longitudinal field components are also derived. For a detailed and common use example, we study a partial chiroplasma filled circular cylindrical waveguide.
