AN ABSOLUTE MEASUREMENT OF THE NEUTRAL DENSITY IN HT-6B TOKAMAK PLASMA BY RESONANCE FLUORESCENCE ON Hα LINE
A new diagnostic method using the techniques of laser-induced fluorescence (LIF)is employed to measure the neutral density in Tokamak plasma. The diagnostic apparatus was calibrated by rayleigh scattering of laser radiation. Experimental results obtained on the HT-6B Tokamak are presented and discussed.
