DIAGNOSIS FOR XINGGUANG FACILITY TRANSMISSION-REFLECTED FOCUS LINE

  • Using a pinhole camera and a double-slit camera, we mohitoredthe focus line of the transmission-reflected focus system of “Xingguang” facility,leaded to on-site modify the parametels of the laser facility,and checked the driving laser power with Ne-like Ge lasing lines. In the experiment, we introduced a POLO prism as an element to parallelly move a light beam. The experimental results showed that the focus line width could basically satisfied the requirements of XRL experi-ments,but the homogenity along the length was not so ideal.
