The distribution of CⅥ line(at 207.1nm) and the time behavior has been measured with Optical Spectroscope Multichannel Analyzer and single channel near ultraviolet system in HT-6M Tokamak. The result of the analysis of line shape and the time behavior show that CⅥ line(at 207.1nm) stemmed from the emission of charge exchange recombination processes．
