The performance of Singlet Oxygen Generator(SOG) as energy source of COIL determine the performance of COIL immediately, but the stability of BHP influence the stability of SOG.　Ｔhe enviroｎment of BHP pparation and working conditions were discussed. In the last, the related method to pvent BHP from unstable operation was given．
