The spectral intensities on different diffracted orders at wavelengths 2. 837nm , 3. 373nm ,9. 873nm and 10. 24nm are measured by using a grazing incident grating spectrograph. The diffract ion efficiencies in higher spectral orders relative to the first order are given. The results are analyzed and discussed.
