ON-LINE PROCESSING AND APPLICATIONS OF IMAGE IN LASER TARGETS MEASUREMENTS

On-line processing technique of image used in laser targets measurement is introducedin this paper.An automatic measurement analysis system of image processing was established.Specialsoftware YANG2.EXE for image measurements and analysis was programmed.Actual measurementsindicate,compare in comparison with previous method,that this system has a good repetition indata and actual accuracy is better than previous manual method.Meanwhile,surface defects ontargets can be measured accurately.This system has been used in ICF targets and XRL targetsmeasurement.
