Xray laser Moirefringe deflectometry diagnostic at low irradiance of pumping optical laser

Nelike Cr Ｘray laser was produced at low irradiance of pumping optical laser in XingguangII laser facility, and was used as probe laser of Moirefringe deflectometry device. The clear XRL Moirefringe without the object was obtained .The experimental method is described, the results are given and briefly discussed in the paper.
