A Cu-PLASMA PULSE X-RAY SOURCE PRODUCED BY 1.06μm LASER
This paper presents the measurement methods and experimental results of the X-ray conversion efficiency and intensity in 1.2keV region from Cu plasma pro-dueed by 1.06μm laser.These results showed the Cu plasma is a strong pulse X-ray source in 1.2keV region.
