Super mode of diodelaser arrays phase-locked in an external cavity

Couple-mode analysis can describe the output field of the phase-locked diodelaser arrays (DLA) in an external cavity. The eigenvalue equation for a phase-locked DLA has been deduced, the corresponding eigenvalues and eigenvectors have been get analytically. Furthermore, the near-field distributions and the farfield patterns are presented for various supermode, when the elements influence are individually taken into account．
