Pre-pulse power supply in the capillary discharge pumped X-ray laser device

Against the problem that amplitude of pre-pulse current is too high and duration is too short in the capillary discharge pumped X-ray laser device, a complete remaking scheme was brought forward. Through adding the pre-pulse switch to reduce original pre-pulse influence and applying pulse-forming network pre-pulse generator to create required pre-pulse, the set satisfies requirement of capillary discharge-pumped Ar Nelike soft X-ray laser experiments with amplitude of pre-pulse current 10~50kA, duration about 17μs.
