PASSIVE UV PREIONIZED KrF LASER DRIVEN BY BLUMLEIN LINE

A discharge pumped KrF excimer laser driven water-dielectric Blumlein line by a withpassive UV-preionization has been developed.The characteristic performance both in oscillator andamplifier operation has been investigated.At charge voltage of 25kV,gas pressure of 0.2MPa,anoutput energy close to 200mJ in oscillator mode and up to 330mJ in amplifier regime with 25ns,70mJ injected beam have been attained。
