A measure system, which is made up of doubleslits, a transmission grating and a softXray streak camera, has been made for measuring an Xray image with time, space and spectra resolutions. With this system the Nband Xray (the central wavelength at 1.7nm) spacetime resolved image of gold disk irradiated by 0.35μm laser has been obtained successfully. The system can achieve spatial resolution of 23μm, time resolution of 0.03nm, and spectral resolution of 0.4～0.7μm for the Xray at 1.7nm wavelength if the size of Xray source is 100～ 300μm. The system can also measure the X ray at the other spectral bands．
