The stability of JOSG was studied experimentaly. As analysis of theory and experimental data, we concluded the criterion of working stability for jet SOG as follows ｖｇ／ｖｊ≤２，thereafter obtained the following conclusion that increasing the driven pssure of jet in order to increase the velocity of jet is the effective method to in crease the molar flowrate of Cl２ ．
