Abstract

On the basis of RJgrod model,the equations for calculating the output power limits of diodepumped solid-state lasers(DPL),presented by Basu and Byer,are modified aeeording to the experimental characterisitics of the high-power DPL at LLNL. Numerical calculations are performed and the results are analyzed and discussed.
