EXPERIMENT OF MEASURING BEAM QUILITY WITH MODE MASTER MG-1
Based on the Gaussian beam propagation equations,in this paper the constitution of the Mode Master MG-1 system and its measurement principle are introduced.The experimental results of fundamental mode stable frequency He-Ne laser and Ar+laser are bringed up.
