A HOLLOW CATHODE TARGET ION SOURCE FOR ISOL IN LANZHOU
The design principle,the structure and the operation performance of the hollow cathode target ion source were described.For an off-line test of ISOLAN the resolving power is equal to 700-1200 by using the samples of Ar and Xe with a leak rate 5 × 104 Torr.1.s-1.
