MEASUREMENT OF DISCHARGE PUMPED EXCIMER LASER CIRCUIT PARAMETER
The discharge voltage and current and charge current of XeCl excimer laser that the UV auto-preionization discharge pumping have been measured using resistive voltage divider and small Rogowiki coil. The laser circuit parameters have been given.
