A COMPACT HIGH RESOLUTION GRAZING-INCIDENCE GRATING SPECTROMETER

We manufactured a compact grazing-incidence grating spectrometer. A 3-D measuring machine was used for adjusting the SQectrometer.The results showed that the instrumental spectral resolution was 0.005nm, the spectral range 2-32nm, the weight 3.5kg. Also using a new method, the spectrograph was accurately aligned. The spectrometer has been employed successfully to measure the X-ray lasers emitted by neonlike germanium plasmas on Shengguang laser facility.
