EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATON OF KrF LASER TRIGGERED GASSWITCH

The experiments about the variation of delay and jitter of a laser triggeredgas switch operating at dc-voltage with input laser power and operating voltage of the switchand the trigger threshold of the switch at different conditions(gas variety, operating voltage ofswitch etc.)are discribed. Some analyses and conclusions on the experiments are present in thispaper.
