PRELIMINARY EXPERIMENTS OF LASER BEAM TRANSMISSION WITH ADAPTIVE OPTICS COMPENSATING ATMOSPHERIC TURBULENCE
In this paper, the initial experimental results of laser beam transmission with adaptive optics technique for compensating atmospheric turbulence is reported. With adaptive optics correction, the peak intensity at target plane is about 3.5 times of that without correction.
