ACCELERATING STRUCTURE RESEARCH OF TRAVELLING WAvE COVED CAVITY
In order to reduce beam break up effect and wake field effect in the Linac,a 3π/4mode travellingwave coved cavity structure will be used in FEL research, a 3m constant gradient accelerating structure was designed with a variational method, and some aluminium coved cavities were measured to check the theoretic design.
