NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS AND ANALYSES OF OPTICAL GUIDING IN FELs

On the basis of one-dimensional FEL theory, we "consider phenomenally diffraction effect of optical wave, calculate and analyse the characteristics and pattern of optical guiding .Using two-dimensional theory, we simulate optical field profile, filling factor, and optical field radius etc, according to SG-1 FEL parameters, and discuss some factors of effect on optical guiding and operational condition from these results.
