USING ESPI TO STUDY THE THERMAL DEFORMATION OF METAL MATERIALS INDUCED BY HIGH POWER LASER
The measuring method of the thermal deformation induced by high power lasersing Electronic Speckle Pattern Lnterferometer(ESPI)is represented in this paper.Two experimentalequipments and the measurement Principles are described in detail.Finally,the experiment resultsare discussed.
