THEORETICAL INVESTIGATIONS ON NONLINEAR COUPLINGS OF HIGH POWER MICROWAVES INTO THE CAVITY WITH A HOLE

  • In thispaper, nonlinear coupling processesof highpower microwave beams into the cavity with an aperture were studied by applying Maxwell's equations and electron-fluid equations.Using the method of finite-difference time-domain, we calculated nonlinear coupling processes under different atmosphere conditions.Compared with thelinear couplingresults, some new nonlinear couplinglaws were concluded.
