THERMAL DERORMATION MODEL AND NUMBERICA CALCULATION OF THE METAL RESONATOR MIRROR OF A HIGH POWER LASER

Abstract
The thermal deformation model of the metal resonator mirror of a high power laser is found. The thermal deformation is calculated with the finite difference method. The ordinary relationship between the thermal deformation and the thickness or radius of the mirror is given. The pressure deformation produced by cooling water is calculated and compared with the thermal deformation. The calculatd resultes agrees with the experimental value perfictly.
