“WATER WINDOW”WAVE-RANGE X-RAY SPECTRA EMITTING FROM CARBON PLASMA

It’s reported employing OHS new crystal in diagnosis of“water win-dow” wave range soft X rays emitted from laser-produced carbon plasma. The in-teresting K_α line is observed. The lattice constant 2d=9.1 nm and half-width Δθ=2.5 mrad of rocking curve are deduced from the known characteristic spectra.
