K-EDGE FILTER SPECTROMETER FOR HARD X-RAY DIAGNOSTICS

In this paper, we briefly introduce the basic principle, the construction and the specialities of K-edge filer spectrmeter(K.FS)used for hard X-ray diagnostics in laser-plasma interaction at O.53um laser wavelength for low laser energies (E_L≤230J). Finally, the typical experimental results of the hard X-ray spectrum measurement in inertial confinement fusion experiments are given.
