Abstract: The performancs of luminescent glass and fiberoptic luminescent glass activated by terbium are presented. The principal advantages of luminescent glass and fiberoptic scintillators are im proved, such as spatial resolution and increased Xray absorption compared to t raditional phosphor screens in digital realtime radiography systems, so, it is specially suitable for high energy Xray realtime radiography systems.
