Abstract: The array calorimeter detector was used to measure the uniformity of intensity distribution and output energy for large diameter(φ267mm) and high energy (400J)KrF laser beam. With a decrease of the diode voltage,the distribution becomes worse to have a saddle pattern. The optimum operation voltage of diode are of 580 to 600kV ．
