Abstract: A microwave electrin gun cavity structure with coupling cavity of antiarrowshaped crosssection is described in this paper. This structure has the advantages of decrease electrons backbombardment power to the cathode, good radial E field symmetry, small radial size, simplicity in fabrication, loose dimension altolerance．
