低抖动三电极火花开关的研制

  • 摘要: 对影响三电极火花开关分散性的诸因素进行了分析。研制的低抖动三电极火花开关选用了N2气体,主电极形状为球冠形,触发电极形状为棱形,电极材料为黄铜,对结构进行了优化。并测试了不同气压及电压条件下开关的分散性,获得了开关抖动小于2ns的结果。

     

    Abstract: A low jitter threeelectrode gas spark gap is studied. One of the important characteristics of the thre eelectrode gas spark gap is stability,which depends on gas type, pressure, electrode shape and material.With investigation, N2 is chosen, geometry of triggerelectrode is designed as diamond,mainelectrode and triggerelectr ode material is brass.Experimental results confirm the validity of the methode . Switch jitter which is less than 2ns has been achieved.
