Abstract: The structure of a miniature pulsed ion beam accelerator with the pinch-reflex ion beam diode is described. The diode can steadily work at the voltage of 200kV,and the ion beam current of 1.5kA、average ion beam current density of 110A/cm2 with a pulse width of about 20ns is obtained.
