Abstract: The current generator is an important part of the electron beam scan device in an industrial irradiation LINAC. A new method for generating the scanning current is provided by the controlled currentfeedback-current mirror, and the current waveform is modified by the index of scanning flatness. A fine scanning flatness of electron beam is obtained, the speed of the flatting scan can be increased.
