Abstract: The principle and the parameters of the high voltage pulse generator which has been used in the“Spring-thunder”bounded-wave EMP simulator are described in this paper. The measured and calculated waveform are also presented. A double-exponential waveform with about 10ns risetime, and 300ns pulsewidth can be produced by this pulse generator.
